What is the price of your training DVDs?
There is a different price for each of our DVDs. All prices are quoted in euro. Every effort is made to ensure that pricing is correct at the time of printing; however prices are subject to change without notice.
What payment options do I have?
We accept payment by cheque, electronic bank transfer, major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) and through PayPal on our website. You do not have to have a PayPal account.
Are there any shipping fees?
There are no shipping fees for standard delivery of our training DVDs. However a shipping fee will be charged where you require express delivery or delivery by a particular courier. This charge will be agreed in advance.
Are there any offers available?
From time to time, we do run special offers. All offers are subject to our terms and conditions and cannot be combined with others offers that may be running simultaneously.
Are there any discounts available for bulk orders?
Yes, the discounts vary depending on the quantity ordered and are applicable for purchases of four or more of any one DVD. There are different quantity discounts available for each of our DVDs. If you would like to order four or more DVDs please contact us and we will be glad to provide you with a customised quotation.
Why am I redirected to a different website when placing a credit card transaction?
All online payments are made through PayPal. You are redirected to this site for payment to ensure the greatest security possible when processing your transaction.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within three working days from receipt of order. The delivery date will depend on where you are: Ireland next working day; Europe two – three working days, Rest of World five – seven working days.
Faulty / Returns
What if my DVD is damaged when I receive it?
We will send you a replacement. Please contact us to arrange a replacement. We require the original DVD dispatched to be returned. Claims for a damaged DVD must be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
What should I do if my DVD doesn’t play?
If your DVD does not play, please check if the DVD is clean and undamaged; if the DVD plays in other DVD players or computers; if other DVDs play in your DVD player or computer; if playing on a computer, does the computer have DVD playback software. If you have checked each of the above and your DVD still won’t play please contact us.
Can I return my DVD?
No claims or returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Customers are liable for the cost of return post charges and the cost of goods returned damaged.

No. Unauthorised copying, hiring, lending, public performance and broadcasting of our training DVDs is strictly prohibited. If you require multiple copies, we offer quantity discounts.

What formats are available for international purchase?
We provide DVD NTSC and DVD PAL in All Region formats.
Do you provide Support Materials with your training DVDs?
Some (but not all) of our training DVDs are accompanied by Support Materials. Where Support Materials are available, a CD-ROM containing the Support Materials will accompany the training DVD.
How do I find the Support Materials for the Training DVD?
Inside the DVD case you will find two discs. These include the training DVD and a Support Materials CD-Rom. The Facilitator’s Guide, Participant Workbook and Answer Sheet can be found on this CD-Rom.

No. You are not authorised to alter or attempt to alter or vary any information, material or concepts on or comprised in the Support Materials.
